Seat Testing

Child car seats by Maxi Cosi comply with the most recent strict European safety norms ECE R 44/04 of June 2005. Extensive impact tests, roll-over tests that simulate a car turning over, fastening tests where the belt buckle is opened and closed a thousand times: nothing is left to chance. All the products they supply fulfil all the requirements!

All of the Maxi Cosi car seat tests are carried out by recognised test institutes such as TNO in the Netherlands and MPA in Germany. The car seat tests are recognised and accepted by all responsible governments in Europe.

Quality

The Maxi Cosi guarantee therefore says something about the quality of the products. It also say a lot about the service that they offer if something unexpectedly goes wrong with the product.

The warranty period is 24 months for plastic and metal parts and 12 months for other parts susceptible to wear, such as the cover, for example.
