Order Acceptance
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the product/products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Canceling
an Order.
When you place an order to purchase a product from LiliMay Baby, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an email confirmation to you that we have dispatched a product/products to you (the "Dispatch Update Email"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Update Email to you for the product/products dispatched. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed via the Dispatch Update Email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of, but not limited to, one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock or out of production
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a product pricing or product description error
- The identification of a shipping price error
Back Orders
Should your item not be in stock we will place it on back-order - if on back-order please allow between 10 to 28 days for delivery.
Delivery
Any date or period for delivery will be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil orders within 2 working days. Large and heavy items and deliveries to remote or rural addresses may take longer to deliver. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers or any other third party.
Unless we agree otherwise your order will only be made to the address of the person who is the holder of the credit or debit card used to purchase the products.
You bear the risk once the products have been signed for/delivered.
Goods Acceptance
You will inspect products within a reasonable time after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us in accordance with our Cancellation Policy that you want to cancel your order or you notify us in accordance with the paragraph below (Faulty Goods) that the products are faulty. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
Product Guarantee
All items purchased from LiliMay Baby are covered by a 6 months guarantee.
We will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days.
If it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge.
Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made. If you have damaged any of your nursery furniture items you may be able to make a claim against your household contents insurance.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.
Guarantee - Summary of Charges
0-6 Months - Manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
0-6 Months - Accidental damage, misuse or general wear & tear - £25.00 admin handling charge plus any repair charge, if applicable.
6-12 Months - Parts and Labour for Manufacturing faults will be supplied free of charge however an administration & handling charge of £25.00 will be charged plus any repair charge, if applicable.
6-12 Months - Accidental damage, misuse or general wear & tear are not covered and a £40.00 administration & handling charge will apply.
12-24 Months - Parts and labour £50.00 + £25.00 admin and handling - we reserve the right to reject any product for repair if it is beyond economical repair.
Credit/Debit card details will be taken prior to a Repair being accepted for return and the Admin handling charge of £25.00 will be charged after inspection if the goods are suffering from accidental damage, misuse or general wear & tear. Goods will be returned to the address from where the collection was made.
We are currently unable to offer loan buggies.
Faulty Goods
Items faulty at the point of sale
Any item that was faulty at the point of sale may be returned for free repair, replacement or refund, provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty item is returned complete with all components.
For items to be returned more than six months after the time of purchase the same above applies but in addition, evidence of fault at the time of sale will be required.
Please note that you will not be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in respect of fair wear and tear. Please return the original and complete packaging.
Faults developed within the warranty period
If a product develops a fault within the warranty period assistance will be provided by way of spares or a repair depending on the type of product purchased.
Wear and tear is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, nor are pushchair frames, inner tubes and tyres.
Exceptions
Large items delivered direct from the supplier cannot be returned to us. Please Contact Us and we will contact the supplier with details of the item’s fault.
Cancellation & Returns

General
If any part or parts of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, then that part or those parts will be considered severable from these terms and conditions thereby not preventing the remainder from being enforceable or effective.
These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so. You are, therefore, advised to keep up to date with the contents of these terms and conditions as revisions are binding upon you.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.
Governing Law
Your use of this Site and any purchase by you on this Site of any products will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom.
